After the stop at Walden Pond, I resumed my journey to Boston, as usual, parking at the Alewife "T" station and taking their subway system in.  This picture was taken after a local gang hung me from the ceiling beams.  Shortly after the flash went off, somebody noticed me and found a ladder to get me down.

Not to be daunted by the minor inconvenience, I caught the next train and began the day's journey.  Actually it wasn't the next train, since I foolishly stopped to take a picture and allow this one to get away.

My first stop was Harvard Square.  (The first five or so stops are all "squares," whatever that means.)  It was an absolutely beautiful day, and as has been the case every time I've visited, and the historic square was bustling with really, really rich people.

Looking at all the nice looking buildings was interesting, but it sure would have been nice to have had someone to show me around and give me a more personal tour of the place.

This is me feeling like a tourist at somebody else's school. I asked some random girls to take my picture in front of the John Harvard statue while I was trying to avoid the glances of people I knew. Don't we make a cute couple? :)

This is their Science Center.  It's pretty cool and has an early computer and a bunch of neat looking displays.  This building is the Harvard equivalent of pretty much the entire north side of the University of Illinois campus.
