Saute in pan:
1 large onion diced
1 green/red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves, garlic, chopped

Deglaze meat/vege pan w/ 1/4 cup red wine or port and throw this "pan suace" into pot.

Throw in pot:
1 can (28-32 oz) of whole peeled tomatoes
1 can (14 oz) of pinto beans
2 cans (14 oz) of black beans
1 package of Boca Crumbles (equivalent to 1.5 lbs ground beef)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 - 1/3 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or something else that burns)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
fresh ground pepper

Optional:
1-3 teaspoons tomato paste
1 cup of broth (or equivalent bullion cube)
